each session will begin with a brief consultation and a little “get to know you time”. this is where your specific needs and current mind, body, spirit, status will be addressed. a custom blended essential oil synergy will be chosen based on the provided information and utilized in the session. a true complementary therapy, aromatherapy is most effective by integrating two close range senses- touch and smell. it reaches our body, mind, and spirit incorporating the healing, balancing and uplifting effects of aromatic oils with the benefits of massage. a session is 90 minutes in length, permitting adequate time to focus on problem areas without sacrificing a balanced treatment. a combination of techniques from modalities such as deep tissue, swe-thai, myofascial release, acupressure, medical massage, reflexology, bamboo massage and energy balancing will be intuitively and harmoniously applied. you will feel the effects of a session in a deep profound manner and it is recommended that you compassionately allow time to integrate your experience.

~tian di bamboo massage™~
cultivating heaven and earth in a massage experience, this new and innovative modality offers the ancient wisdom and application of traditional chinese principles such as 5 element theory, chinese cupping, and gua sha body combing in conjunction with bamboo sticks. the five elements personality test will be taken to determine a custom element aromatherapy blend. varying sized smooth bamboo sticks are used with specific compression techniques to release tension, and improve muscle tone, inducing a lighter energized state. chinese cupping massage will bring the toxins to the surface and gua sha will release them…as above, so below, as within, so without.
